The following payment options are available:

• On-Site Dropbox - The on-site drop box is located at the pool entrance. You may drop off your check there. If you wish to mail your check to the on-site dropbox, you may do so. The address is:

• Automatic Bill Pay through your bank. Virtually all banks offer an online bill pay service. This service is free and it basically instructs the bank to mail a check on your behalf every month. The advantage of this service is that it is completely free to you and the association. The disadvantage is that it does involve the regular mail system resulting in wasted paper and being less environmentally friendly.

• Automatic Electronic payment through your bank (Chase QuickPay / Zelle) - This service is similar to Automatic Bill Pay through your bank except that while automatic bill pay mails a check, this service is fully electronic. The big advantages are that there is no delay due to the mail (payment is instant) and the payment can't get lost (the mail occasionally gets lost). The disadvantage is that while virtually every bank has a bill pay service that mails a check, not every bank offers electronic payments. When offered, the service is usually free. Most large banks do offer electronic payments. To use this service, one logs into their bank's website and looks for the electronic payment section of the website. Payments are set up by specifying the recipient's e-mail address. Send payments to 'contact@hiddenpond.us'

• PayPal - We no longer support Paypal payments. Most bigger banks support Zelle and Zelle is free whereas Paypal had a fee. If you were using Paypal, please see if you can transition to Zelle to pay electronically.

• Coupon books: You may also continue to mail your checks to the address specified on your coupon book.
